About Blanks Limited
Blanks Limited supplies blank clothing and provides clothing manufacturing services for clothing brands, wholesalers, private-label businesses, printing companies, and other business customers.
Our product range includes hoodies, T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants and joggers, shorts, and tracksuits. We offer ready-stock products and cut-and-sew manufacturing services, subject to availability and agreed specifications.

Pricing and Quantity-Based Discounts
Product prices are displayed on our website and apply to the garment as described.
Our prices do not include printing, embroidery, custom labels, tags, packaging, or other additional customization unless explicitly stated.
The price per piece may decrease as the order quantity increases. Final pricing depends on the product, quantity, specifications, and any additional services requested.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable costs may be charged separately, depending on the agreed shipping terms.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices. Any price changes will not automatically alter an order that has already been confirmed, except where an agreed change or applicable law permits otherwise.
Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces per size and colour.
The MOQ applies separately to each size and colour combination. Customers may order multiple sizes and colours by adding each colour and its required size quantities separately to the cart.
Certain custom manufacturing projects may require different quantities depending on fabric availability, design complexity, production requirements, or other agreed specifications. Any different MOQ will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Placing Orders
Customers can browse products, select colours, enter quantities by size, and add products to the cart through our website.
To order multiple colours, select the first colour, enter the required quantities for each size, and add the selection to the cart. Repeat the process for additional colours.
Before submitting an order, please check your selected products, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery details, and total charges.
An order submission or enquiry does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may need to verify stock availability, payment, delivery arrangements, or product specifications before confirming an order.

Payments

Custom Clothing and Private Label Orders
Blanks Limited offers cut-and-sew manufacturing and discusses private-label clothing requirements with business customers.
Customers must provide accurate design details, measurements, size charts, fabric requirements, artwork, and other specifications needed for production.
Production will be based on the specifications agreed upon by both parties. Changes requested after approval may affect the price, production schedule, and delivery date.
Custom services such as printing, embroidery, labels, tags, and special packaging are not included in base garment prices unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Artwork, Branding and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, artwork, brand names, designs, or other materials supplied to us.
By submitting artwork or branding materials, you confirm that their use for your order does not knowingly infringe another party's rights.
We may decline work involving materials that appear unlawful or unauthorized.
Customer-provided designs and branding remain subject to the applicable rights of their owners. Blanks Limited retains its rights in its own website content, branding, photographs, and other materials unless otherwise agreed.
Samples and Approvals
Samples may be available for certain products and custom manufacturing projects, subject to confirmation.
Sample costs, shipping charges, and any applicable terms will be communicated before a sample order is confirmed.
Customers should review samples, measurements, colours, materials, and other relevant specifications before approving bulk production.
Where a customer approves a sample or production specification, subsequent production will be based on the agreed details, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Production Time
Production time depends on the order quantity, garment design, fabric availability, customization requirements, and other production factors.
Our typical production time for custom orders of up to 100 pieces is approximately two weeks.
Additional time is generally required for customization:
- Printing: Approximately 5 additional days.
- Embroidery: Approximately 10 additional days.
These are estimates. Larger quantities, complex designs, material shortages, approval delays, or other production requirements may extend the timeline.
Ready-stock orders may be dispatched sooner, subject to availability, order confirmation, payment, and any required preparation.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated timelines will be discussed during order confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping arrangements according to the destination, shipment size, and agreed delivery terms.
Available arrangements may include FOB, FCA, EXW, CIF, DAP, DDP, air freight, sea freight, and courier delivery, where suitable and available.
Shipping costs and responsibilities will be confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement.
Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Carrier schedules, customs inspections, import procedures, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
The responsibilities for transportation, risk, insurance, import clearance, duties, and taxes depend on the agreed shipping terms.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless DDP or another specific arrangement applies, the buyer is generally responsible for applicable import charges under the agreed delivery terms.
Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable to their country and ensuring that the required information is provided for shipment and customs clearance.
Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Goods
Customers should inspect their orders promptly upon receipt.
If an order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or differs materially from the confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible with the order details, photographs, and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter and discuss an appropriate resolution where the claim is supported.
For returns or exchanges of ready-stock products, customers must contact us before sending items back. Return eligibility, condition requirements, shipping costs, and any applicable restrictions will be confirmed during the review.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return simply because a customer changes their mind, subject to applicable law and any agreed terms. This does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law for defective, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes may be possible before an order enters processing or production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible without additional costs.
For custom orders, costs already incurred for materials, preparation, printing, embroidery, or production may be payable, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
We will communicate any available options and applicable costs before proceeding with a requested change where reasonably possible.
Product Quality and Manufacturing Tolerances
We aim to produce and supply garments according to the confirmed product specifications.
Minor variations in colour, measurements, fabric texture, and finishing may occur due to the nature of textile materials and manufacturing processes.
Any specific measurement tolerances, quality requirements, inspection procedures, or acceptance criteria should be agreed before production begins.
Nothing in these terms excludes applicable rights or remedies for goods that fail to meet agreed specifications or legal requirements.
Privacy and Personal Information
We use customer information to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange deliveries, provide support, and meet applicable legal obligations.
