Production Time
We aim to complete orders efficiently while maintaining the required quality and garment specifications. Production time depends on order quantity, fabric availability, garment design, and any additional customization.
Standard Production Time
Our typical production time for orders of up to 100 pieces is approximately 2 weeks.
Larger orders may require additional production time. As the order quantity increases, the time needed for cutting, sewing, finishing, quality checks, and packing may also increase.
The final production timeline will be confirmed based on your order quantity and requirements.
Additional Time for Customization
If you require printing or embroidery, additional production time is needed.
- Printing: Allow approximately 5 additional days.
- Embroidery: Allow approximately 10 additional days.
These are typical estimates and may vary depending on the design, number of placements, stitch complexity, printing method, and order quantity.
For example, an order of up to 100 pieces with printing may take approximately 19 days, while an order with embroidery may take approximately 24 days. These estimates assume the standard two-week production period plus the relevant customization time.

Ready-Stock Orders
Ready-stock products may be dispatched sooner than custom-manufactured garments, subject to stock availability, order confirmation, payment, and any required preparation or customization.

Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping arrangements depending on your order requirements and destination.
Sea Freight
Sea freight is suitable for larger bulk orders where cost efficiency is a priority. Shipments can be arranged through Karachi Port under the agreed shipping terms.
Sea freight generally takes longer than air freight or courier delivery. Transit time depends on the destination, vessel schedule, customs clearance, and local delivery arrangements.
Air Freight
Air freight is suitable for buyers who need faster international transportation. Shipments can be arranged through the buyer's nominated carrier under agreed FCA terms or other suitable arrangements.
Air freight costs depend on chargeable weight, shipment dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
Courier Delivery
Courier services may be suitable for smaller shipments and orders that need delivery to a business or residential address. Availability, delivery time, and charges depend on the destination and courier service.
Collection from Our Factory
Buyers can arrange collection from our factory under EXW terms. The buyer is responsible for arranging collection and subsequent transportation, subject to the agreed responsibilities for export and import arrangements.
International Shipping Terms
Blanks Limited can discuss the following shipping terms for suitable orders.
FOB – Free on Board
Under FOB, we deliver the goods on board the vessel at the agreed port of shipment. The buyer generally arranges and pays for the main sea freight and destination-side charges.
FOB is commonly used for sea freight shipments.
FCA – Free Carrier
Under FCA, we hand over the goods to the buyer's nominated carrier at the agreed place. This option can be suitable for air freight and other transportation arrangements.
EXW – Ex Works
Under EXW, the buyer arranges collection from our factory and takes responsibility for transportation and other agreed logistics arrangements. Export-clearance responsibilities should be confirmed before choosing EXW.
CIF – Cost, Insurance and Freight
Under CIF, we arrange and pay for sea freight and insurance to the agreed destination port. Risk generally transfers to the buyer when the goods are loaded on board the vessel at the port of shipment.
CIF does not normally include import customs clearance, duties, taxes, or delivery from the destination port to the buyer's premises.
DAP – Delivered at Place
Under DAP, we arrange transportation to the agreed destination. The buyer is generally responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and taxes.
Courier delivery to a customer's address may be available under suitable arrangements.
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid
Under DDP, the seller takes responsibility for arranging delivery and handling import clearance, duties, and taxes under the agreed terms.
DDP is available only where compliant import arrangements can be made for the destination. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
The final shipping terms, named locations, costs, and responsibilities will be confirmed in your quotation or sales agreement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately from garment prices unless your quotation states otherwise.
The final shipping cost depends on:
- Destination country and delivery address
- Order quantity and shipment weight
- Carton dimensions and total shipment volume
- Selected shipping method
- Carrier rates and applicable surcharges
- Customs clearance and destination-specific requirements
Our garment prices also vary by order quantity. Larger orders may qualify for a lower price per piece, while shipping costs depend on the shipment and delivery arrangements.

Order Processing and Dispatch
For ready-stock products, dispatch arrangements depend on stock availability, order confirmation, payment, and any required checks.
For custom cut-and-sew orders, production begins after the order details and required specifications have been confirmed.
Production and shipping transit are separate stages. For example, a garment may take two weeks to produce, followed by additional time for international transportation and customs clearance.
Your estimated production completion date and shipping arrangements will be discussed when your order is confirmed.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Under DAP and many buyer-arranged shipping arrangements, these charges are generally the buyer's responsibility. Under DDP, the seller takes responsibility for import duties and taxes under the agreed terms, where compliant arrangements are available.
Buyers should check their country's import requirements before placing an order. Customs inspections and clearance procedures may affect delivery times.
Tracking and Delivery
Where tracking is available, shipment details can be shared once the carrier has accepted or dispatched the goods.
